Submit Wish

Bucket List Foundation is not accepting new wishes at this time. 

Wish submission guidelines:

  • Minimum age of 50

  • Diagnosis of a terminal illness certified by a physician

  • Unable to fulfill the wish or need on your own

  • Capable of experiencing the wish

  • Able to obtain approval from a doctor, if necessary

Unfortunately, Bucket List Foundation is unable to grant every qualified wish we receive. The decision to grant a wish is at the sole discretion of the Bucket List Foundation, and a wish may be denied for any reason.
